apcupsd-cgi software package provides APC UPS Power Management (web interface), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apcupsd-cgi
apcupsd-cgi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apcupsd-cgi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apcupsd-cgi *
You will get with apcupsd-cgi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
